To qualify for free shipping, all you have to do is make sure your order is $99 or more before tax.
This offer isn’t valid for international delivery addresses, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders ship from Salt Lake City, UT and may vary in transit time based on your distance from Utah.

Our Return Policy
Our product is durable by design, but if there’s a problem with your gear we’ll do what we can to make things right.
Newduffel gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase . To receive a refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in excellent condition. You will also need an order number to initiate the return.
A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
